The Human Stability System™ does not display personal details or raw data. Leaders see interpreted outputs only. Inputs remain secure and separated. The system is not diagnostic. It supports leadership visibility and operational rhythm.

What we monitor

The HSS™ tracks patterns at a team and organisational level. It gives leaders visibility into stability and early movement across groups. It does not monitor, score, or analyse individuals. No individual data is surfaced at any point in the system.

How responses are protected

All individual responses are de-identified before they enter the system. Leaders never see who said what. They see interpreted outputs only. Aggregated patterns and stability movement are visible at the dashboard level. Raw inputs are not.

Team pulse

The team pulse is fully anonymous and de-identified at the point of entry. There is no individual attribution at any stage. Responses are combined at a team level before any output is surfaced. The fortnightly cadence is designed to maintain rhythm without creating burden.

Board and executive views

Board and ERM reporting is based solely on anonymised, aggregated data. No individual or team-level detail is visible at the governance layer. Leaders receive a view appropriate to their role. The system is structured so that visibility increases responsibility, not exposure.

Why this matters

This approach ensures organisations can meet their WHS and enterprise risk obligations without exposing personal information or compromising the trust that makes the system work.

When people feel safe to respond honestly, the data is better. When the data is better, leaders can act earlier. The privacy architecture is not a compliance layer. It is what makes the whole system function.

Common questions

Can my employer see my individual responses?

No. Team pulse responses are fully anonymous and de-identified at the point of entry. No one in your organisation, including your direct manager, can see what you submitted. Leaders see aggregated outputs only.

What happens to my data?

Your responses are combined with others at a team level before any output is generated. The system does not store or surface individual submissions. Data is retained for the duration of the client engagement and deleted thereafter in accordance with our data retention policy.

Is this a performance monitoring tool?

No. The Human Stability System™ is not a performance management tool. It does not assess, score, or evaluate individuals. It gives leaders visibility into team and organisational stability so they can act earlier, not manage people out.
